S55 2001-2005(W220) Problems

I have a 2004 S55 with 45,000 miles. I have taken to the autobahn in Belmont multiple times for a squeek coming out of the supercharger and a simultanious hesitation or loss of power which occurs at about 10 miles per hour. I went on a ride with the technichian and spoke to the service manager. They both told me this was "normal" and they do not have a fix for this. I have had discussions with other S55 owners and they told me their cars did not do this. Any advice? Does anyone else have this problem? Opinions?
